Release form

Suppositories for rectal administration, yellowish-white in color, homogeneous consistency, cylindrical shape with a pointed end, with a diameter of not more than 10 mm.

Pharmacological action

A broad spectrum immunomodulator that activates the reticuloendothelial, hypothalamic-pituitary and fibrinolytic systems. It has desensitizing and anti-inflammatory properties, increases the general and specific resistance of the body, affects the thermoregulatory centers of the hypothalamus.

Indications for

injury to the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system

tuberculosis (torpid form in the resorption phase)

chronic liver disease

stricture of the urethra, ureter, chronic prostatitis, urethritis

uveitis, erythematosus, iriditis

adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity

burn disease

Contraindications

acute febrile illness

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Composition

1 supp. contains bacterial lipopolysaccharide 100 mcg

excipients: cocoa butter, lanolin, purified water

Dosage and administration

Rectally, 1 suppository daily or every other day, the initial dose is 50 mcg, the maximum dose is 200 mcg. The course of treatment is 12-15 suppositories. Recommended treatment according to the scheme: 50, 50, 50, 100, 100, 100, 150, 150, 150, 200, 200, 200 mcg. When using suppositories in the form of monotherapy for immunorehabilitation in case of incomplete recovery after an acute bacterial or viral disease, suppositories of 50 or 100 μg should be used. The course of treatment is 5-10 suppositories.
