Pharmacological action

Ascovit - vitamin C (ascorbic acid), necessary for the formation of intracellular collagen, is required to strengthen the structure of teeth, bones and capillary walls. Participates in redox reactions, tyrosine metabolism, the conversion of folic acid to folinic acid, carbohydrate metabolism, lipid and protein synthesis, iron metabolism, and cellular respiration processes. Ascovite reduces the need for vitamins B1, B2, A, E, folic acid, pantothenic acid, helps to increase the body's resistance to infections, improves the absorption of iron, contributing to its deposition in a reduced form. Ascovite has antioxidant properties.

Indications

Prevention and treatment of vitamin C hypo- and vitamin deficiency. Ensuring increased body need for vitamin C during growth, pregnancy, lactation, during heavy loads, overwork, during convalescence after prolonged serious illnesses. Contraindications
